Two actually.

First, how do you know you have a big fat pad?

And second, how do we minimize it?

I'm a fairly skinny guy, but I feel like i might have a fatty fat pad.

Most men have an inch of fat pad, this is fairly normal. As you become leaner so will the fat pad. I needed to get to less than 10% body fat to lose most of my fat pad. I had a fat pad that was more than 2" (I weighed in at 280 pounds) After I lost 140 pounds my fat pad was closer to .25" which was amazing! I could finally see my gains in Penis Enlargement! To get rid of teh fat pad you need to include a weight training-cardio workout and a serious diet change. I figure if you are getting into Penis Enlargement and dealing with part of your body you might as well do the whole thing.

Also, there's not really a way to ''spot reduce'' contrary to what the media will tell you. Other than surgery, overall body fat loss contributes equally to the entire body. Other than in the case of people who have been extremely over weight, and had extra fat and skin in certain areas.

Alright, i was planning on starting to work out again, just been hard over all, but luckily as school starts soon, i'll have a 24 hr rec center to go to :D

Once this guy with a really small physic but like a million little ripples in his stomach, told me- the secret is sit ups. Not about the fat pad necessarily but he said THAT was how he made his stomach this way.

I was homeless like 2 years on the streets of down town L.A. and Hollywood a lil while back, so I learned endless info about weird tips and tricks I otherwise would have never learned- this being one of em. :)

I am not sure what a normal fat pad is, all I can go by is what I have. I have always been lean with probably 8-10% Body Fat and i have a .5" fat pad. I also think that the more I am pulling my internal penis out by using DLDs hardcore Bathmate stretches the smaller my pad is getting. Also, my base is being pulled out and is getting thicker so it seems to minimize the fat pad.

While what you say is true, I'm sure doing some sort of lower abdominal workout will help tone you up around there also. Because you are right, you don't really get to choose what fat gets burned while exercising.
