i'm new to this and have been doing the manual stretches and jelqs and kegals, but have been reading about the hardware for Penis Enlargement. not sure i understand the difference between an extender and a stretcher/ADS. do they both accomplish the same thing (mainly length), or do they target different things?

I think you are asking what is the difference between an extender and an ADS. An ADS is used as a low force stretcher which can be worn for many hours and is typically used to promote healing in an extended state after some other type of workout. Whereas the extender is typically used with higher force and is the workout.

The question should be what is the difference between an extender, and ADS, and a hanger...

Agreed...

Whereas the extender is typically used with higher force and is the workout.
Yes, an extender can be used with higher force but still low relative to a hanger. A typical extender is traction device like a PeniMaster. Some extenders can be used as ADS' because they both use fairly low force. The key factor in determining if a given extender can be used as an ADS is it's concealability. An ADS must be worn for extended hours so it is best worn concealed under your clothes.

A hanger is generally a heavy duty device used to apply alot of weight to the penis. There are many different kinds and some can double as an ADS/extender. The most popular hanger is the Bib Hanger.

The bottom line is that one device can be used as either an ADS, an extender, or a hanger... it just depends on it's application and concealability.
