Cementing Gains
If you are in the cementing stage of gaining I suggest that you slowly reduce the frequency or workouts over a couple months. Maybe for the first two weeks 5 sessions a week, the next 2 weeks 3 sessions, the next 2 weeks 2 sessions and finally over the last two weeks 1 session per week.
