As the title suggests is pe every 2nd day/other day just as beneficial as everyday?? I just dont have the time to jelq/pump every single day.

Would jelqing one day and wearing the size genetics the next be ideal? After a long jelq session would a day off getting erect be ok and just stretching the ligs? Or is jelqing something that should be done every day for the best results?

In the gym you dont work the same muscle 2 days in a row. Is pe abit like this?? Im well aware of 'SRT' and the benefits of staying elongated after a jelq or pumping session I just mean can you still get great results jelqing every 2nd day. I wear a tlc all day to stay elonated but dont jelq every day.

I've always felt it best to do it every day. Most people find if you take a rest day, it'll turn into two rest days, then three, and so on.

Agreed. I'm very consistent and determined I think that us what brought me such great gains in 3 months and he is right one day of rest EASILY turns into 2. I never take an official break there might be a day where I CAN'T pe but that's due to a time/work/something came up issue. Do it's not a rest day it's more of a damn I couldn't pe day.
 
If you don't rest how can you heal? I'd love to Penis Enlargement&Bathmate everyday. I also use the SG as much as I can. So what's the real answer ? Guys say you should rest. I usually have a great session the day after a off day. I take Sundays and one day during the week off.

Like I said I do rest but not by my will. And also I get 7 hours of sleep then I'm at work for 8hours so that's 15 -18 hours out of a normal work day that I'm resting I think that is enough.

Wait, in the gym you don't work the muscles 2 days in a role? So this means I've been training wrongly? I lift weight from Monday to Friday. I work my arms and chest from Monday to Friday. Is this wrong @squirt_inducer_man

A bodybuilder can train 7 days a week and 4 hours every day, but that's becouse they have anabolic steorids in their body. Their recovery time is out of this world.

As a natural lifter we need to do it a little diffrent. When I was my strongest I was lifting 2 days a week.
Try to aim for every 48 hours. But use exercises where you use your entire body in every lift
Being a long time from the gym, and then starting up again, you may do it a little different.
