I was thinking of an easy way to hang all night or even during the day when watching TV or whatever. So I went to WalMart and bought one of those 6X3' foldout camping cots. The ones that stand about 1 foot off the ground with a full length cousion type matress. I placed the legs onto some small wooden stands I made just for this, and elevated it to 3' off the floor. Then laid on the matress as if I was going to sleep on my stomach and placed an X on it with a marker where my dick was.
I then cut a 4" wide hole in the matress and sewed the raw edges together to keep the foam in and to make it neat. I then put on my MasterLock and laid down hanging my dick through the hole. i have done this for 2 nights straight with no problems.
Careful; though, you MUST use very low weight when doing this while sleeping. When awake do your normal weight.
I have already seen some benifits as in a fuller flacid hang and hard as steel erections. This should give another 8 hours of hang time on top of what your already doing for the day.
I cant caution enough, be extremely careful and conservative with the weights if you do this during sleep. You want just enough weight to give a full light stretch. Your going for hang time rather than full on lenght work.
