In two weeks I feel deconditioned enough, but really I don't know how long it would take. Maybe two month?
Everybodys different which is why you should just have two weeks, and check where you stand. Like do some jelqs, and if you immediately get a million red dots then you're deconditioned.
I don't think you need to be fully deconditioned as in 'like new' ; two weeks is plenty good for me.
 
You know what's weird? I haven't been getting red dots since I started this round. And it's not the grounding because I wasn't getting dots before I started it. Been slowly wearing away discoloration with amlactin and it seems to be working even though I'm doing girth work. Don't understand why.

Also my balls are growing since I started grounding. Don't know how much, probably not a lot, but they definitely feel bigger to the touch. And my veins are more visible. Subtle. Whole body effect, not just shaft. Although the shaft is harder to tell because I'm also doing amlactin, so that probably contributes.

Question for yall:

How often should one decondition?
 
I've tried that a little, maybe I should do it more. Definitely increases blood flow. I mostly bought them for back pain, but now that that is subsiding maybe I should focus more on PE.

Most guys that take this type of break usually go for 2-4 weeks before starting again.
