I used to do BTCS squatting all the way down and maintaining that position. Is this wrong? Should I do it standing up?
 
Whatever position give YOU the best results.
We're all slightly different from each other, maxamize your differences, while minimizing energy expended.
Max gains-min time.

Is doing BTC while standing up more intense or less intense? And I also prefer putting one of my legs on a chair so its easier to grab and pull.
For me the best way to do BTC-BS is to them on a sofa with LENGTHMASTER 3, and laying on my bed if I do them with only my hands.
