Is doing BTC while standing up more intense or less intense? And I also prefer putting one of my legs on a chair so its easier to grab and pull.
 
ill have to give ya DLD's version of this term seeing that i dont practice this as much but my lock does when im sitting in my big boy lounge chair
the lock i wear when laying pulls between my legs and it does reach the chair so i have to move myself to let hang this is intense under a lock but for the hands helping it doubly

i believe the sitting has more to do with relaxed flacid and gravities pull to help pull on the ligs this has been my experience to sitting BTC style in my chair
the good question is does it work and feel better for you this should be your main stay of this excersize is if you like it and it works for you

I find that standing up is more intense.
 
I agree. Sanding up is way more intense. The angle of pull is much greater. If you really want a great stretch do btc using the LM while standing and let it sit under you cheeks while you try to slowly stand straight up. The pull is very intense.

Most probably not, I'm thinkin'.
Perhaps if you took that chip down off of your shoulder and developed some patience you'd receive the help you want even if it comes in a time span which is longer than you'd prefer.

I always just interpreted BTC to mean stand up, move your balls out of the way, and try to touch the top of your ass crack with the top of your cock.
 
Standing is much more comfortable and powerful. Once you are sitting Behind the Cheeks Stretches become Lazy Ass Stretches.
 
DLD, I have this new position of BTC I feel it's the most comfortable way to do BTC and you get the best grip as well...

I lay down on my chair..lean back as much as I can...pull my legs up against the wall, so my leg is on top head is bottom..and you grip your dick from the back of your thighs and pull em down...that's what I'm doing what you think about that? That ain't no lazy stretch man

Having a problem envisioning this, "laying on the chair" can you explain for me? Thanks/
 
I'm not good at explaining but I'll try..

I meant leaning your body on a chair as much as possible, by body I mean upper body. just lean your body against the chair. Like, sit very relaaaxed like sometimes you lean on a couch, that position lol. If you have those flexible office chairs then it's better cause you can push back on the chair. Try to have your ass as close to the corner.. lift your lower body (from your ass, thighs to your toes) up against the wall and pull down on your dick from the back of your thighs...now if it made sense to you I hope you'll like the idea...again my english isn't too good...

I love this way of BTC I'm sure everybody else will as well...it's just too comfortable to grip and pull

Got it! Yes, the position of the body is so important in every stretch. Using different position, leg up, squatting down, sitting off a stool, various yoga positions all can add very powerful intensity to the stretch usually because the position offer additional weight via the body. I have never tried as you have posted but will tonight. Thanks for the post!

I try to develop some kind of performance metric for every stretch or exercise I do, even if it's only perceived tension in the ligaments. Really my attitude is:

You should be seeing progress every day. If you aren't, then either you aren't working hard enough or you aren't looking hard enough.
