I was just wondering, if you were to leave the sizegenetics extender on for 30 minute increments for 8 hours. Would you still get the same results for say 1-2 hour increments for 8 hours a day? Also, does the space of time matter between those times? like if I did 30 minutes to an hour, then waited a few hours. So on. Do either of these thing make a difference? Thank you.

You would make even better gains with the shorter 30 minute sets. The reason for this is at around 30-60 minutes the SizeGenetics will lose some traction and these frequent breaks give you the opportunity to get the intensity up again for the next set.

Not really,but make sure you keep your dick elongated in this time..you should keep your dick elongated no matter what,after every workout.Let me give you an exemple :

Sometimes when i'm using my extender,i have to go eat,and since i'm living with some roommates,i can't go with my extender on since it's obvious i have something in my pants.So i take it off,and i put on my ADS ( all day stretcher )to keep my dick in that elongated state..i think it's better this way,than to use extender for a few hours,then take a break for a few hours and let your dick shrick back up..Hope you understand what i'm trying to say.

In the end i think it's ok to have breaks,it shouldn't affect your gains,but imo

EXTENDER USE + ADS ( WHEN YOU'RE NOT DOING PE ) is better than EXTENDER USE + NOTHING ( WHEN YOU'RE NOT DOING PE )

Thanks for the replies guys. This might seem stupid, but to me it seems that if I did my basic stretches while also using the sizegenetics, and then wrap it. I feel like I would lose girth because of it healing "squeezed" like that. It wouldn't matter if i was also doing girth, but i am waiting to get to 8 inches before starting girth.
