DLD,

I am a member of your paid site, and have downloaded most of the exercises.

I don't have much time, and I wish to keep it simple, so here's my question.

I want to gain a little more girth (+1.0) and a lot of length (+2.0), with minimal exercises. Will Iso Compression Squeezes and Clock Bends do the trick?

Yeah, I think the compression squeezes could be all you need for the girth, but use something basic like stretching for length . Clock bends are too advanced and specialized for your purposes.
