Crack in Plastic?

Hello tj94,

We have a manufacturers warranty which lasts 2 years for free, however if you had purchased through your local store then they may have their own warranty period but we would only cover it for 2 years. Hope this helps.

Craig, does the pumps from the Australia warehouse come with 2 yrs warranty? I remember when I bought mine it arrived in 20+ days
 
If you made your purchase on one of the official Bathmate websites (Bathmate Direct & Official Hydromax Pump) then regardless of which warehouse it was sent from it comes with a 2 year warranty. If you are having any other problems with your pump then let us know and we can try and help solve the issue.

The plastic on mine also cracked/broke. My first help ticket was answered the same way NeedMoreG's was initially, but I started a new one just before Chris went on vacation.

I am so proud of BathMate for how far they have come. Just like SizeGenetics they stand behind their product and never dodge a customer service issue. If other companies would take a cue from BathMate they would become just as successful.
