Crack in Plastic?
Hi all, been lurking on this forum and others alike for a year or two. I purchased my Hercules last year used it for a couple months, so some gains but stopped because I had a cousin stay with us, now that he is gone and I have the place for a few months I decided to get back to "work". But I noticed just the BathMate rapidly lost suction, thought it was the top head with the ring inside so I cleaned it out but it is still a problem. After a closer look I noticed a dark crack at the top. When I put water inside the water drips out. I attached images on here showing the problem and I am wondering how this can happen since I had left it inside my cupboard for the past 6 months? Isn't the plastic strong? I am I at a total loss here?

Hi needmoreg.
Please can you inbox me a picture of the back of the manual, name and address?
I can then get your pump details to start a warranty claim.

Hi there!

My Hercules has the same kind of crack. I bought my Hercules ages ago though, so I'm all through warranty.

I put on some superglue and it seemed to seal the crack, but as the person from Bathmate suggested, send the information to him.
Mine didn't leak water though, but bled air as the suction didn't stay strong.

Good fix if there is no warranty, necessity is the Mother of invention!

Bathmate-Chris I just received another identical "[Customer Services] Pending request: warranty" email even though I replied to the first one with all you needed. Wanted to know if the first and second email arrived?

Just in boxed you now mate.

Just wanted to update this. Bathmate-Chris is non responsive for me, he is not replying back to me through email and pm and I am not sure if he received all the info he requested, I have no idea how else to confirm if warranty went through. I decided to super glue the crack but it still is leaking air :(

What kind of superglue you used?

The one I used was slightly gel form. I really worked the product all over the crack. So far so good.
I also had a silicone fix over the crack, but that actually came off and it started to leak; the superglue fixed the issue.
I hope all the best for you!

I used Loctite brand, I reckon the leak is also from the top. I put some water in inside and bubbles are present around the o-ring near the crack. I tried rotating the head but the bubbles are still present. If I put to much glue it will go into the part that needs to move to function

Could be about re-aligning the valve? Maybe you've tried it already though. But the thing is to kind of slam the pump to make a seal to a smooth surface.
You already mentioned about opening the valve and cleaning. I hope you can get it to work!

Hi.
Sorry we are not open over the weekend here in the UK.
I have just inbox you now and have your pump details,
but need a picture of the pump showing the cracks.
Please also enclose your full name and address in the same message.
I can then get this claim sorted and reship you a new pump out.

Are you guys able to see the images on this thread?
Chris I have emailed you with 2 different emails and PM'd you, all contain the images.

Does bathmate come with a warranty beside the refund period after the first 60 days??

If you buy it from one of the Bathmate links here on this forum you get a 5 year additional warranty for free.

Lightning I am not sure if you were quoting here, but I getting that 5year warranty would be awesome if it was possible

Does it come with something that says that or is it just notes? Because I did buy it through here but only found an extra towel and draw string bag
