I have re started clamping a few days ago. I'm getting 3/4"+ (three quarters of an inch or more!) pumps most sessions with this technique. My pumps are lasting all day. I dont keep all of the 3/4" mind you, "only" an extra 1/4" after the big pump goes down over about an hour or so. BUT STILL, having a 6.5" girth over my usual 6.25" girth is pretty fuckin sweet in my book. Oh, and not to mention when I wear a cock ring I hover between 6.5" and 6.75" in girth.

I am using a double clamping technique. Sets are 20+ minutes each, and I do 3-5 sets most mornings, and on the days I have the time (at least 3 nights a week) I do 2-3 more sets at night.
 
Im also clamping with a cockring, but as long as i dont watch ���� or am sexually aroused, it goes soft. Anyone else have this problem?
 
First of all, there's just no comparison to using a cock ring, and actually clamping with a clamp. If you use clamps, you wont have the problem with going soft.
 
Double clamping? Do you mean putting two clamps side by side? 20min in one go? Do you edge during the set? How much rest time in between sets? Any jelqing or warm ups involved? Rest days?

YES. No need for edging. I dont like f'n with my concentration like that anyway. ;) Maybe a few minutes of rest time, where I will just loosen the clamps most of the way, and leave them on. Jelqing? Naw, thats new kid stuff. Warm ups? Naw, we're stretching tissue...not muscle.
 
I personally get errection problems and injured when i jump right into clamping with no warm up and no warm up jelq... i also jelq in between sets to get the dead oxygen starved blood moving..

Also, I start with one clamp, the next set add a second clamp, and a third clamp during the third set.

can some one help me and please explain what clamping is ive never heard of it how do you do it and what do you use
