Go everyone. I had a question about the science of pe. Particularly the cells. After doing a workout, do u want your cells to recover quickly or slowly? Thanks guys, have a great day.

i think its not about cell recovery ...its about cell division....and u want that division to be faster.....if i am correct.
 
I meant to say hi everyone lol. Ok Thanks man. The reason why I asked is because there are products online to help cell recovery and cellular health. It repairs cells faster. So I was wondering if these products will help with gains or hurt the gains.
 
Like if I can cause cell division and use those products to help cell development with an uncle Jims on maybe it'll help alot. What do u think?
 
Yes I have ace bandage too. Although I'm having hard time finding ones with velcro now, I have some but I wanted more. But anyway, about those products for cellular health, I'm just wondering if I can cause cell division and use those products to help cell development with anMOSuncle JimsMOSor ace bandage on maybe it'll help alot with gains

I don't really know much about this. Just get a solid routine and wrap with your ace bandage when you are not doing PE. My two cent
 
Cell division is part of the process as when you cause micro-tears in the tissue it create new cells to heal these tears. This is something that happens continuously when you are not training and should not really be the focus of your training, if you get too much into the science it becomes easy to lose touch with the basics of training. Keeping it in the most fundamental way is using the methods found in SRT, this will give you direction in gaining and healing in the best way. Give that thread a good reading through, it is very long but worth the time because of the great education you will get. I wish you the best my Brother!
 
Thanks dld and your right don't lose sight in the basics. But it was just something I was wondering. Like continue on with my routine, but if I can cause cell division by micro tears, and use something for cell repair while in a stretched state (ads) than why not try it right? Idk I guess I think too much lol

I just do my routine, get enough rest/sleep and eat well. The penis will recover. I don't rely on any pill
