So, I've encountered a problem (as you can read in my progress log). Once I do supra slammers or squeezes a thrombosed vein becomes visible. It's very recognizable as it looks like a string put under the skin, hard vein filled with blood that doesn't go away. It looks like it clogs up as well.

The thing is, I don't get any of this by jelqing for even 30 minutes! But as soon as I clamp at the base it pops out. I took a week off where I was warming up every day and massaging, but it didn't subside noticably. Any tips and/or tricks about what this is and what I can do to fix this? Supra slammers are my favorite exercise, so it's horrible not to be able to do them :(

Can you try taking Aspirin 80mg to 325mg a day to help with blood clots? That is the currently recommended dose for people at a risk of blood clots and / or heart disease. In fact, it works so well, that I gave it to all chest pain patients when I worked on the ambulance, and we do the same thing in the hospital as well.
Just make sure that there is not a reason that you should Not be taking aspirin, such as history of stroke, allergy, recent surgery, etc.

Thank you for the tip! I would try it, if it wasn't for the fact that there's nowhere to buy aspirin around here...

good advise tester.

I got a blood clot in my bicep after inject anabolics. And was told to take 80mg of aspirin. Arm is starting to heal nicely now.

No aspirin? Do you live in a really remote region? Can you get mail order non-prescription meds through some place like drugstore.com or etc?

I don't live in the USA, and I've never seen any aspirin in any drugstore here in Norway.... Hydromaxm.. I don't know about aspirin, but I know for sure that the import rules when it comes to drugs is preeeeettty strict in Norway. I reckon reading about ibuprofen or something like that, would that be helpful?

WOW dude! First, I owe you an apology and you don't even know it. When you were saying you could not get aspirin in Norway, I thought that we were having a language translation problem, or, -here's were the apology is due- I thought you were just a bit daft. So, I apologize for that.
Having done a bit of research, I have found 2 things on the internet. One, would indicate that Norwegians have very strong beliefs about aspirin being a very dangerous, powerful, drug that will kill your kidney's. The other thing I discovered, is that it may even be illegal to have aspirin in Norway. I found sites, that will sell aspirin to people in Norway and other countries, in the same underground blackmarket manner as we here in the US would buy anabolics or narcotics. I just can't believe it! Aspirin is such an old drug and so commonly used here in the US, I would never have imagined that you could not buy it by the truck load in Norway.

As for ibuprofen. It does have some effects on blood clotting, but not a whole lot. You usually have to take a whole bunch of it for a long time to affect your bloods coagulation.

Maybe you should check into that Leech Oil that Red likes to use.

Good Luck
