Question #1. Hi there I was wondering when stretching the penis straight down I usually stand up, kind of get in a squat position and then take the penis and stretch down, but at the same time I try to lift my torso to sky at the same time leave my lower body with my knees bent going down, would this be effective?



Question #2. Also when doing the penis stretches behind the butt cheeks, is the stretch supposed to be felt a little above the base, where kind of where the pubic hair is?

And when doing the behind the butt cheek stretch in the same thought as question one while doing the stretch would lifting the pelvis out while doing the stretch be effective?

I think any kind of lift in opposition to the BTC stretch is effective. I like to do a leg lift when I do this stretch. If you can feel it in your ligs, then it is definitely working.
