I think I can explain to some degrees. The inner penis is the tissues anchoring on the bones or around the ligaments. You not really pull an invisible inner penis out, put putting stresses on the muscle tissues and ligaments that support the penile body around 1 inche from the base. What you are stressing are the supportive tissues to elongate then, including the ligaments. You also weaken the ligaments just enough to relax the surround tissues to force them to literally extend and grow.It's so hard to explain. But when your stretches do not take anything in your inner penis, it's time for the penis exterminator at the base.

From the high tension pulling, you are literally breaking and reforming cells from the inner tissues far deep at the base of your penis to the very base of the glans. You are breaking them, forcing them to repair, and making the smaller cells grow larger by absorbing the cells that lost the cell walls that could not be repaired. You are reforming the penis by pushing it to the brink of "you better reshape by force or die trying."

This is so important to understand. Many new brothers get this wrong. When we say: Pull out your inner penis this is just a mind hack or an analogy of what you should focus on. You can do bundled stretches before a girth routine to loosen up your tissue, and in that way see bigger expansion during your girth sessions.Is there a best way to do bundles if targeting girth only? I've been trying to do as many turns as I can across the entire shaft. I haven't done anything BTC or much directional. Is there really a limit to how much bundles I can do with benefit toward girth? Let's say that I was to do bundles multiple times a day. Would each session benefit toward my pumping later that day? Or does it wear off at some point the preparation? Thanks.

Look here:Hey guys, not trying to hijack the thread, but I'm trying hard to follow along. I think I'm still very confused exactly how a bundled stretch works, and how to do it.
Everything I search for about it seems to not load, or isn't there, assumes a basic level of info I don't have, or maybe I'm searching the wrong way.
It's encouraging to hear how you all have made and continue to make gains with it, I'm just a bit lost with how to make sure I'm doing it correctly. Any help finding that basic info would be much appreciated.
I saw part of a video explanation once, but I feel like I'm still missing some info and I'm nervous to start cranking on it not knowing what I'm doing.
As always, thanks for any guidance for us that are still learning, and for the patience to explain.. we all start somewhere.
