Long Story short My dick is roughly 6" in non bone pressed erect length and 5" in EG. I want it to be 8" long and 6" wide....at least. I can NOT swallow pills no mattter how hard I try so here is where I start to make it happen. Here is where I will be posting my routine and progress. Please follow as motivation helps.

Yesterday I started my Penis Enlargement. I did Kettlebell v-stretch with 25 pounds for 15 minutes off and on.

Today I am doing:

Length: Kettlebell 10lbs, 30 minutes off and on
Girth: 30 minute clamping

If you have any suggestions please feel free. I am open to any ideas. Thank you.

What does your workout look over a weeks time? Are you using a specific routine?
 
No unfortunately i do not DLD <:( . I cant do the beginner routine because i can never get a good grip on my willy. I just had planned to kettle stretch and clamp and hope for gains.

Oh! And i uncle jim wrap all day everyday at work for 8 hours. Havent seen any noticable flacid changes yet but its only been a week for the wrap i believe.
