Hi all,
Just a quick question. I have a little problem I would like to know how you guy's hold off from blowing your load I can go about 10 minutes, 20 minutes at the most during sex but I would like to last a lot longer.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

But the problem is I would like to go like a demond all night. It all started with a couple of drinks with friends I mean other couple friends and a convo started about how long their boyfriends or husbands could go and the women where being brutally honest they are saying some of the guys could only go for a few minutes then we have people like myself that can go for 20 minutes this made me feel pritty good about myself untill there was 2 guys there and there missus said that they could go all night if they would let them. The womens eyes lit up and these 2 guys became the kings for the rest of the night heads held high. All the women there where saying how they would love a guy that could go all night.

Well jacking off before sex doesn't hurt if you know when your going to get some. And for the guys that can go all night I don't think they hold their load all night, my guess is they go for a good 10-20 minutes and blow their load and keep going, and then they're able to last another 1-2 hours, but I guess you have to be really horny to do this. I personally have trouble doing this myself I need like a 5-10 minute break to get it going again (unless I haven't had sex or jacked for a week I can go back to back), but by then the girl will probably already be turned off.

In the end I'm sure its a mental thing though that takes months or even years of practice to hold and bust when you want at any certian point.
 
pisses me off to mate i carnt last long at all, i edge most nights and kegal all most ever time i think about it and i dont seem to be lasting any longer, i hear of my mates lasting hours and it winds me up makes me feel so insucure when it comes down to it and i think cus i am thinking about it i am goin to blow quikly as well. i need help with this issue soooo much

do pc work. consistently doing it daily youll be able to last longer, guaranteed. Damn the last few of my posts all had the word "consistent" to it. Yall getting the picture? really, the best way to do it honestly. is while your doin it. Focus on how incredibly ugly she is. think about all the gross parts to the girl and focus on that. as unenjoyable as it may be, it can buy some time.

Your time, imo, is good! The average time I last is between 30 minutes for sex. But it varies widely for me, as sometimes I can only last 30 minutes, and other times I last for an hour or more. I'm not trying to brag, I'm just wondering if other guys on this forum have the same thing, where their time varies widely. Back to your question at hand, I use the kegel method when I'm having sex and it works really well for me. When I feel my orgasm coming, I squeeze my kegel muscle really hard until the feeling subsides, then I start up again. Threak said the same thing and it works.

Why even bother doing it if you are going to make it as unenjoyable as possible.
 
20 minutes is nothing to be ashamed of man! The majority of women don't really want anything over an hour dude, they're just exaggerating when they talk to their friends about how long their boyfriend lasts. More important than how long you last is the quality of pleasure.

If you can give her a couple orgasms in 10 minutes she'll love it dude. After women cum a few times they get very sore and sensitive down there and most of the time need to take a break, or don't want to do much longer.
