Beating the hell outta girth

First off if this has been brought up before I apologize for being redundent (did a search with no results). What do you guys think about doing really intense girth work outs only everyother day instead of mild ones on a daily basis? By intense work outs I'm talking about something on the order of 60 minutes total clamped(maybe broke up into 6 10 minute intervals) along with some jelqing and squeezes. Let me know what you think.

Well, it's usually recommended that you do girth work every other day, and length everyday. You should always use good intensity with everything but I don't think you should try clamping unless you have like a year of solid Penis Enlargement behind you. Just my opinion though. There are plenty of great girth exercises
that aren't as risky and even jelqing intensly for an hour or two every other night will help girth out a lot. Yes, do intense girth work every other day though, maybe jelq some inbetween days.
