And since I'm assuming you are looking into buying a pump, you should also look into the Penomet (Which should be enough room to pump both, 9X7 dimensions I believe) and has the option of gaiter strength which might be a good choice because you can use a less intense gaiter to pump your balls if you are a bit afraid at first.
I myself have the Hydromax X40 which is the same size as the X-40 and there is no way I can fit both balls and penis into the pump though.
Just a thought.
I own both the X-40 and X-40 Bathmate sizes and have been pumping balls and penis in the X-40 for a while now but I am pushing the limits of the X-40. I just ordered an X40 hydropump X-40 but I wish it came in an intermediate size because I have almost outgrown the X-40 both girth and length wise. In my opinion, Bathmate could really use a medium size inbetween X-40 and X-40 because even once you outgrow the X-40, theres too much extra size in the X-40 that you don't fit which makes it harder to get the best pump and be able to wear it effectively, which is why I pump my balls and penis into the X-40. It says somwhere in the forum that the less extra room you have in the tube the better the vaccum and pump effect there is.

The only reason I could see ordering that is for the extra 30% pressure but the Penomet has different gaiters that can do the same thing and has a bit of room for you to grow.
