So I used the Bathmate since December and I noticed around early April I got these multiple brown spots on my foreskin on the shaft. I had gotten one before it went away after a couple weeks. So I kept pumping for a week or two more and decided to stop. The brown stops are still there and I haven't pumped in over a month why are they still here ? It is permanent ?Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

I am going to be honest, I am not really seeing a problem. Most men have these types of spots without any PE. Also, any permanent discoloration would be deep in the skin, since this is surface it should go away within a week. Since it has not gone away I would assume it is something that was there originally and was made more prominent from the vacuum or your skin takes a long time to clear up. You can use discoloration practices to see if it clears it up but even if it doesn't, it looks normal to me.

I've had them before PE,for as long as I can remember.got some on my scrotum too,so I guess it has nothing to do with PE

Yeah but I never had these before. I don't want the next girl I have sex with to think I have something you know? I mean the one I had before went away only difference is when I got that one I stopped pumping immediately with these I thought since they didn't hurt I should keep going.

Yeah but I mean I never saw any sign of them there before you know ? I had got one before but it was just one and it went away in like 2 weeks I think but I stopped pumping as soon as I saw that one. When I got these I didn't stop pumping I thought would just go away but they didn't so I stopped after like 2 weeks of having them.

yea,I get where you're coming from. there's a chance that this is hemosiderin stain, but its nothing to worry about, plus no one would pay that much attention

If it is a hemosiderin stain, what are my options to remove it ?
all I know,is that it can be removed by laser. but you can make it better by using vitamin K creams

Yea vitamin K for sure this is something i pulled from a medical article
" Vitamin K oxide as found in Auriderm may help eliminate the hemosiderin deposits. A recent paper by Cohen and Bhatia ( J. Drugs Dermatol. 2009, Nov.) demonstrated that Vitamin K oxide gel hastens the resolution of purpura after the pulsed dye laser. It is speculated that Vitamin K Oxide gel may similarly help quell bruising after other cosmetic procedures such as fillers and surgery.

Hemosiderin is created when the Fe++ ion transforms to the Fe+++ ion. Unlike the Fe++ ion, the Fe+++ ion is poorly absorbed and may linger long after the bruise has reabsorbed. Vitamin K oxide converts the Fe+++ ion back to the more easily absorbed Fe++ ion, blocking and/or reversing the formation of hemosiderin. "

Perhaps a light exfoliant would work like this, Saint Ives is pretty inexpensive, like $5. You can go for more expensive options like Clinique or others, but I would try the cheap one fist. Be extra gentle until you can tell how much you can take. Penile skin is far thinner than facial skin so caution needs to be exercised. Retin-A is another option that I am pretty damn sure will work.
