Greetings gentlemen. After a layoff of several months, I've decided to get back into the PE game. As some of you may recall, I suffered discoloration due, I expect, to clamping and likely to using the bathmate as well. But the biggest problem was the swelling of my frenulum, which, after several months of no activity, remains, as does the discoloration. I can't predict whether or not the discoloration will ever disappear or not. Time will tell. In the meantime, I'm going to focus exclusively on length. I just started back about a week ago, using the Phallosan as my major approach. I'm also wanting to do some manual stretching and some hanging, but am not sure if this is wise. There seem to be a couple of conflicting theories and though I've been involved in PE for a very, very, very long time, I am still uncertain which approach to take. The first, of course, is that a light pull (such as with the PF) over long periods of time (8 or more hours per day) will produce gains. Another approach suggests that some manual stretching such as bundling along with some reasonably heavy hanging produces micro tears in the penile structure and then the PF, with it's light tension, keeps these "tears" open and allows healing in a slightly, but ever increasing elongated state. On the other hand, in an email exchange with the folks at PF over in Malta, they told me they did not recommend using ANY other form of enlargement and went so far as to suggest that hanging or strenuous manual stretching might tend to toughen up the penile tissue and be detrimental to the gains expected by using the PF alone. So, what is a guy to do? I am still of the feeling that some manual stretching and hanging, followed by long hours in the PF makes sense to me, but I'm not certain. I'm also uncertain as to whether or not I should take complete rest days. Sometimes this is unavoidable, but should it be a matter of protocol? So, here is my routine for the past week or so:
5 minutes heat wrap
7-10 minutes manual stretching, sometimes bundled
10 minutes hanging 5 lbs
10 minutes hanging 10 pounds
8-12 hours in the PF, sometimes broken up during the day for various reasons (urination, going to the gym etc), and sleeping several hours at night with it on.
repeat all the above in the morning.
