Just a heads up.

Recently there seem to be quite the amount of people who try a workout and see themself stagnate.

They get quick results and then nothing happens.

This is basic knowledge. But in the chase of new techniques and new methods sometimes the most basic things can be forgotten.

So remember this:

You cannot gain! When you do not increase the time under tension!

Now to calculate the stress on the tissue the formula is very simple.

Time x tension= stress on tissue.

If this number doesn't go up. Most likely your gains will stagnate eventually.

Let's try it on the basics.

Jeff my good friend is doing half an hour of stretching a day. And he has now stagnated.

Jeff consults us. And he is being informed that he should get an ads. And use it 4 hours everyday.

What happens?

He increases the time.

So jeff continues his jour ey with new great results. And now he is doing 2 hour sessions followed by 12 hour ads and yet again he is stagnated.

What happened?

Most likely he needs to increase the tension he uses while doing his exercises.

In reality this isn't that hard.

And most people know this already.

But i am seeing a new wave of new guys with frustration who follows a program.

And when the measurements has been done properly And the exercises are done correctly.

And the beginning period has passed (people shouldn't apply heavy stretching in the very beginning until they get a good feeling of their cock)

Then this is most likely the point they are missing before they can further facilitate growth.

And remember guys there is a fine line between pain and soreness.

Simple as that once you can feel that intensity is not enough,increasing the intensity is important i have had that experence whit the LM....sometimes we just don dare to stretch fully....but we have to be careful too:)

So are you saying...check yourself before you wreck yourself, because ads with low tension is bad for your health?
 
im sorry mate but i must have miscommunicated. no i mean ads is the most safe way grow.
its a general advice that you should'n't hurt yourself.

and in this case it was in connection with the increase of tension during exercises.

if you have ever tryed to do a bundled behind the cheek lenght master stretch.

you will know that your cock is totally under your mercy in this moment.

don't hurt it!

After 9th of July, I intend doing two reps of 20 mins expressive stretching with the length master. I'm currently doing only 1 right now. I will also move from 20 mins of jelqing to 40 mins. But the changes in jelq will occur by September because that's when I will get to the 6 months mark of jelqing.
