I think any man in his 30s and up should swallow his pride and get his referral to an endocrinologist. Any medical doctor can give the referral. If you're more tired than you used to be, have a lower sex drive than you used to, and/or are holding on to more body fat regardless of eating or exercise habits, chances are your test is low. I know I'm over due myself to be checked. Near future goals.

I'm going to keep this in mind.

I have a Bio Te pellet inserted every 6 months and have been doing it for a few years. Without it my T level is around 200 and I feel like s#!&. Look for a good doc and you will be glad you did for many reasons. At 57 years old it makes a huge difference.

inserted??!! how/where?
Interesting. Haven't heard about this before.

Concerning the original question, yes. But not by choice, I'm a cancer survivor and the immunotherapy that was given to me damaged my pituitary gland destroying my natural testosterone production. Prior to all that my body was able to produce enough testosterone to achieve 19 inch arms natural.

Are you taking supplements for this

🤔 hmmm

I just turned 30 and my diet is a standard American diet of crap food and honestly I don’t exercise like I used to.

I have those days where I feel less motivated and body aches. I wonder if I should check TRT out myself.

@Abdiel Bull Berg I believe you said you are on TRT What’s your thoughts and what age did you start taking it? Any advice?

Hi, started on TRT when I was around 34 years of age. Struggled with a bit of low testosterone after cancer treatment.
Felt like shit both mentally and physically, sleep problems, non existent morning wood and in general a lower sex drive throughout my 20’s.

I would highly reccommend TRT as it makes you feel quite good mentally and makes building lean muscle mass a bit easier. It also solved my sleeping problems and libido is through the roof. Simply put it makes you feel good and building muscle mass and burning fat becomes easier.

One tip though, if you get TRT also ask for a script of hCG so that your testicles doesn’t shrink too much. Also hCG helps in promoting your intratesticular testosterone levels which adds to you feeling even better.

Thanks for the info.
I don't think I can walk into a random health centre and demand this. Screenshot_2024-02-11-17-00-31-06_b72a20be883aec8a014bd2b7c7038e87.jpg
I have to probably need to go into a private clinic.

But the thing about HCG was a good tip.
I don't know If I need this jet, but in the future I probably want it. But the question is how? 🤔

I had to go to a private clinic first to get diagnosed with secondary hypogonadism and as soon as I was diagnosed the public healtcare system could write out a script for my testosterone. Funny how that works, but it worked.

@Abdiel Bull Berg I believe you said you are on TRT What’s your thoughts and what age did you start taking it? First thing is to check your free testosterone production. If it's really low yes. However you probably have enough testosterone production in your body. At 30 you should. Working out also elevates testosterone production. Not increase but elevate. Hit the gym and if need there are good pre workout drinks you can take to hit the weights. When I was going through chemo I still went to the gym. Its the fountain of youth.
