I am thinking I am not because I am not sure what it is, ;)

Haha yeah you would know if you were.

Do you mean SRT?

Testosterone replacement therapy

I ask because I am and finding some good information about TRT and reading on old post other Brothers have made on the topic.

I think any man in his 30s and up should swallow his pride and get his referral to an endocrinologist. Any medical doctor can give the referral. If you're more tired than you used to be, have a lower sex drive than you used to, and/or are holding on to more body fat regardless of eating or exercise habits, chances are your test is low. I know I'm over due myself to be checked. Near future goals.

Best thing I've ever done. It's really helped with a bunch of problems in my life.

sounds 'dynamite', lol

It really does help with certain issues man. I'll post this other study up tomorrow and see what y'all think of that.

I was actually going for an ACDC reference/gag, but I'd be open to learning all I can about testosterone loss as I'm a mid-fifties guy

I am lucky so far. I had blood work done about 6 months ago and my levels were all good. I have some friends say that TRT has made them feel like they were in their teens again.

TRT is awesome. Fell like I'm 25 again. Joint pain gone, muscle mass gained, energy, no more foggy brain and libido through the roof.

Just go to a local Low T Center. Everything is in house. Insurance covers it if your Testosterone is below 300.

Good advice Still. At 50 I am not feeling any of these problems but I will keep this in mind if things start to go wrong. Right now I am dealing with a probate issue.

I'm curious if there's been a decline in our T levels (all of us 50 and over) and we haven't noticed due to it being so incremental...kinda like gaining one pound of fat per year since the age of 30 and now I'm 25#'s overweight

I would at least talk with a TRT doctor. Low T can have affects on the prostate.

High T can also affect the prostate and heart long term. Definitely something to work with an endocrinologist with. I've known guys in body building circles who self medicate because they know everything. Wrong approach.

Very true they can cause those thing. Well hell yeah glad I goto a doctor for my stuff.

I have a Bio Te pellet inserted every 6 months and have been doing it for a few years. Without it my T level is around 200 and I feel like s#!&. Look for a good doc and you will be glad you did for many reasons. At 57 years old it makes a huge difference.
