Hey guys...
I'm looking for suggestions.
I've tried exercises & I would get initial length & girth but it seems that my ligs are extremely tight & my flaccid length tends to stay the same or reduce in length the more I do exercises.
Which always causes me to start & stop with my exercises, because I'm looking to really gain more length than girth at this time... It seems that my girth work tends to get in the way of my length work whenever I'm doing exercises...
I have a ads but I can't have it on for more than a few hrs before I start feeling pain. So I'm looking for some ADS suggestions where I can were them for 4-8 hrs a day without any pain...
I feel that most of my permanent length gains will come from a extended long period time of stretching while flaccid...
Any suggestions are more than welcome.
