I hope you are removing the cock ring after every 30mins to massage the penis for blood flow before putting the cock ring back on? You are doing two sessions per day which means, your girth gains will come quicker.

I've experimented a lot with softclamp and cock rings to extend expanded size. Too much time will decrease EQ.

I would go as long as possible with the hours of the day. Resetting every 30 to 60 minutes
