I been always using cocking for a hour or so after girth work, for quite a while now. However, I still can't get my head around to how that can promote permanent growth. Sure, my dick is usually much fuller for some hours after girth work and cocking use, but in the end it seems to me that size is sort of forced size determined but mostly by how much blood flow you can keep streaming into your penis, rather than actual growth. Girth gains are caused by expanding the 2 chambers in the dick : they are able to hold more blood. Increased volume for blood = gains.

It is a repetitive process it does take time but I encourage you to keep doing what you’re doing as it will stick eventually.
