Hello. first post so Id like to say thanks in advance for anyone who lends a hand and opinion.
My stats are:
BPEL:7.8''
EG(upper shaft): 5.25''
EG(base): 4.75''
I mostly decided to really give this a go because of my base girth and girth in general. So Im trying to come up with a plan to tackle my base girth first then move along to overall girth and eventually get to 8'' EL not bone pressed.
Im hoping to get some input on what to do first or if this is even a solid plan.
I got a x30 about a month ago and have started using it every day for about two weeks now. Been going at it slow and steady to just start the conditioning and not get any injuries.
My next step is to either order the Length Master to use as a hanger or order the Phallosom Forte.
I keep reading that one of the first gains of hanging is base girth so I hope this is correct. High weights at 20 min set a day seems to be the best routine for gains.
I turtle rather immediately so I thought the PF would solve this.
So my questions are:
Is this a solid plan so far or should something be added or changed?
does it make more sense to either get just the LM or PF at first until I stop gaining from one or get both at the same time to maximize gains?
suggestions on things that tackle base girth?
