Here's an elaboration and addition to the initial post:
JFYI, I have found my complete routine to be pretty unique. I just did it myself. I didn't learn of it from anybody else.
Accutane was the only thing that really got rid of my Acne. It got way out of control. I tried A LOT of topicals, face wash systems (granted, not ProActive) antibiotics etc and it only seems to dry and irritate my skin more.
Accutane cleared me up. I dosed higher than anyone I have ever known at 80 mg per day for 6
mos. My skin was pretty darn clear at 4
mos with the occasional breakout. Then at 40 mg per day for 9
mos to to my best to "seal the deal" and rid acne forever.
During the 80 mg for 6
mos cycle, side effects were dry eyes and chapped lips.
General eye drops helped with the eyes. Before I figure out how to keep my chapped lips under control, I had some cracking and infections of those cracks. A dermatologist anti biotic healed the cracks and then I used Neopsporin triple anti biotic for a while for moisture and infection prevention. When my lips healed up perfectly and were just very dry, I maintained them pretty well with some mini tubes of extra strength vaseline lip therapy. They have all kinds of flavors to choose from.
During the 40 mg per day for 9
mos cycle I had little to no problem with chapped lips and no problem with dry eyes.
I use: "Step 1 Gentle Deep 4 in 1 cleanser" every day found at
www.principlesecret.com/html/products_2.php . I used it throughout treatment and still use it today.
Steps 2 and 3 may help immensely too. I don't use them though.
I use: "Gentle Deep Revitalizing Scrub". I used to use it every day, then every other day, now I use it about 3 times per week.

I use it atleast once a day. It is like no other lotion I have ever found. It is non comedogenic (non pore clogging/acne irritating) . It does not smell. It is strong, thick and leather or silk like. I normally have to rinse and pat dry my face after I put it on though because of how thick it is and how shiny it makes the skin.

For optimal results I use the deep clean first, exfoliate the dead and dirty skin, deep clean the freshly exposed skin, apply Eucerin fairly liberally, rinse with water and pat dry. Also, make sure to change your pillow case every evening because of the body/skin oils that transfer to it during sleep.
On occasions of maybe 3 times per week at most, I used to use Mederma Gel for scars. I think Neosporin came out with something similar. It gets messy when it dries and it clogs the pores, so I would rarely use it. I almost never use it now.

Today, my face is pretty darn clear minus a few freckles and very light scars if I get picky. It is pretty close to "baby face" again. I am very happy. Thanks for the kind words. Congrats on your improvements too. I know how bad acne sucks. I make an effort to tactfully help people when I see they could use some advice in this area. It's very thoughtful of you to make an information source. Although, there are many out there on the net now, mostly through forums.
On the occasion that I may get a whitehead from not washing my face and or sweating a lot from a workout, I use PS "Blemish Buster":
