Hey, DLD and others if I am just beginning P.E would you recommend me to the Bathmate Girth Blasters, and Bathmate stretches if I have a Bathmate or do I have to wait a while before I can get that advanced. What exercises would you recommend a beginner to do with the Bathmate?
 
I would just do the normal Bathmate routine for a few months to get used to the intensity. The Bathmate stretches create more vacuum.
After that it is up to you, good luck!
 
Become well versed with the basic Bathmate work for the first few weeks and when you feel ready include them in your routine.
 
Where are the "normal" Bathmate techniques at? Is there any video/illustrations that will make it easy? I used it for the first time last night and wasn't sure what to do other than warm up first... once it's on, then what?
 
Hey guys, everytine I use the Bathmate I;m getting the red dots now. Why is this and will this happen everytime I use it?

7_to_10in all you need to do is put it on pump up to a level whatever is good for you, then leave it and pump again every 2-3 mins.

good_boy123 these are very small blood spots, which are the result of capillaries breaking. They go away in a day or 2. Your penis just needs to get used to the Bathmate, when it does you won't get them anymore or rarely get them.

Should I wait until the dots clear up before using the Bathmate again or is it ok to continue use when they're still there?
 
Thanks. So basically pump within a comfort zone and I should be good to go?

I'm going to trying do thing 5 times a week, as my weekends are busy handing out with my gf. maybe 6 days a week... we'll see.
 
Also, is only once a day recommended? I do 3x5 min with Bathmate and some of the jelq or whatever it's called in between. That's just when you push the blood up through the penis slowly? With a slight squeeze?
 
I haven't really. I mean, slightly, there is more blood being pulling in, but nothing that stays longer than a few seconds after I pull the Bathmate off.

I've been taking it easy, I do some jelq techniques to warm up and do them in between the sets as well. I do 3x6 min sets. By the 3rd set I've about 10mm longer (in the Bathmate) than the first set, this is done in a flacid state.
