i came up with this after testing it out for a week. i bought a cable clamp to use for girth and decided to try it for my balls. i clamp around my scrotum with a medium clamp which has a 3 pound ankle weight attached to it. its comfortable and i do this about 10 minutes a day. the 3 pound weight really makes the scrotum stretch down reall good. ive seen a nice little hang improvement in my scrotum in the last week since i started this.
