So I have been in the PE game on and off for a little while now and one thing I have treated as an afterthought is erection quality. The sad thing is that for much of the past few years my erection quality has been so poor that I haven't been able to sleep with several women that wanted to with me. Now that I am back in PE, I realize that erection quality at the very least is incredibly important for making girth gains if nothing else.
What are your best tips for increasing EQ to the best possible level?
So far two things that I do are:
1. Jelq
2. Kegel
Both of these things have definitely helped. Other things that I have done or am working on that seem to have an effect as well are:
1. Quit smoking
2. Lose weight
3. Exercise regularly
4. Eat and sleep well
Are there other things that you guys are doing to get the best possible erections?
