Those fancy names are mostly bogus shit designed to trick and make money plain and simple! Your regular vitamins and minerals work wonders plus a few additions. Check the lists below.

Vitamins to be taken daily for energy:

- 2,000 mg of vitamin C 2 or 3 times a day
- 30 mg of zinc
- 10,000 units (IU) of mixed carotenoids.
- 100 mg of vitamin A
- 200 mg of Magnesium
- 80 mg of coenzyme Q
- 100 i.u. of vitamin D
- 50 mg of thiamin

Additional Supplements for greater sexual performance:

- 525 mg of Calcium
- 200 mcg of Vitamin B12
- 150 mg of Vitamin E
- 25 mcg of Potassium
- 300 mcg of Biotin
- 200 meg of selenium
- 400 mcg of Folic Acid

Herbs to enhance sexual awareness:

- Damania Root
- Pumpkin Seed
- Buckwheat Protige
- Cranberry extract

To increase your ejaculation:

Take 1000 - 1500 mg of Amino Acid L-Arginine daily. Not only will it increase the volume of your ejaculation, it will assist in giving you a harder, firmer erection. 500 mg daily and 1000mg an hour or two before intercourse. Be careful, though, with L-Arginine. Don't take too much in a 24 hour period, and if you notice any adverse reactions, stop taking immediately.

Its a guide not a prescription. My advice is take a multi vitamin and mineral formula and eat a healthy diet. For added ejaculation the other stuff helps.
 
dont forget Ron Jeremy says the secret in the adult entertainment industry for huge loads is simply large doses of Vitamin E. Guess we dont need semenax, ejaculoid or tons of celery anymore lol

Another supplement that can be added to the regiment is Oat Straw (Avena Sativa). This herbal supplement is great for adding semen volume.
 
Recently tried L-arginine and MAN, it had an effect on me like I wouldn't believe (my gf noticed immediately), rockhard and huge, basically it made me hit 100% of my potential.

same here got liquid l-arginin (Arginin Simplex) cherry flavor. it is a german product for bodybuilding.

I tried this incredible supplement called water the other day...very refreshing:)
 
I am a physician <neuro sciences> you<we> do need aspirin for blood circulation...also need L-Arginine..also need POLLEN... and ZINC...you also have to take a multi vitimin eat yogurt. EAT more greens too
 
Need, well ... Aspirin in my own opinion shouldn't be taken all the time, but opinions vary.
L-Arginine can deplete something (yes, I should have Googled so I would seem "brighter"), it's best to cycle it. I read combining it with L-Lysine is beneficial. (Than just taking L-Arginine, I like it though, don't get me wrong!)
Pollen, uhh, that's quite exotic, I've used bee pollen if you mean that. It can be nice, but I say it's not on your "you need this!" -list.

Zinc and yoghurt are good. 25 mg of zinc is more than enough though, too much will eat copper away. You can take more zinc if you also remember to take some copper. Some male multivitamins carry essential vitamins, like zinc, copper, a series of B vitamins etc..
Greens are excellent, but getting good greens is not always certain. (Depends where you live etc., where the stuff comes from and so on.)

I'm not brown nosing here, but as said, water is about the most essential thing you can put into your body! So remember to drink water.

All these guide lines combined with good rest, exercise and balanced diet will help you. And keep your mind happy! Don't take shit (ie. listen to a lot of complaining), enjoy your body and your unique mind.

For those taking L-Arginine:
Many complain about the foul taste of powered stuff and I can personally back this up, it is vile! The problem is, the capsules don't release their contents fast enough to dissolve. Now, from the sounds of it, a fair few of you have a flavoured liquid form (I'm unfamiliar with that stuff myself) but for those that don't, I have a nice and simple solution. Before taking the capsules, get a sharp knife and poke a small hole in them, then down them with water as fast as possible. If you're careful, you should be able to avoid the powder entering your mouth while still allowing it to spill out on the way down for proper absorption. The effects are very noticeable, unlike with the capsules still intact.
 
Shenlong, Nice tip! I also read about drinking carbonated water to make the pills break faster, but personally I don't like carbonated water too much.
Might just try this.

And true, it's very alkaline. I did alkaline foods for a while so I guess I'm a bit "biased", but yes, it's not pleasant. Kind of like licking a very strong battery, hehe.

I don't think you get the point. If you can stand the taste, just get the powder, this is for those that can't and don't have access to the more flavoured liquid form.
Chewing seems like a bad idea because you'll end up with powder stuck in your teeth and thus lose some of it.

EDIT: while I'm here, ginger and dark chocolate (specifically the cocoa) are sources of particularly easily absorbed iron and are thus highly recommended for blood donors, would that have any relevance here?

I would like to apologize for the tone of my last post since it definitely comes across antagonistic and suggests I think I know better than you. That was never my intention since, as owner of this site, I know full well that your knowledge is well founded. I only meant to explain why my suggestion and yours do not achieve the same goal.

That's a relief, I've known a fair few moderators to take offense at that sort of thing over the years. I'm always glad when I find a more relaxed mod with whom proper discussion can be had.

You say 500mg a day, what is that to ml?

Is 25ml too much? I am not sure of the conversion of mg to ml.
 
Damn I've tried all sorts of shit and not found much that works or that I've noticed, probably most noticeable one was high strength beetroot juice
