Once I wrap my mind around it I can figure what I can do for my routines.
Gaining length pushes the tunica to also make gains which in turn allows for more girth. This is also present when we gain girth as the penis expands no only girth-wise but also length. It is like filling a balloon with water, it will grow in all directions.
This does not mean that a girth only routine will give you all the length you want or the other way around, but it does influence. It is always best to dedicate specific exercises for length and girth top maximize those gains.

This explains alot. I got frustrated and focused only on length for several months. The result was no gains and my flaccid hang was awful with alot of skin bunched up by my glans.
I started on girth and immediately my unit looked and felt alot healthier but I was still going through a refractory bunching around the glans.
