Agree, the most exercises you really need are to know how to stretch, jelg, edge, and do horses. All the rest arn't necessary in my opinon.. Yeah, I mean Im sure people here will help anyone out that needs information about how to do certain excercises or making up a good routine- I think it was kind of unneccesary to take away the link. It was really convenient to have all the excercises in a nice package like that, besides, from what I hear business is booming for DLD anyway. Whatever its not my site; I can't control what he does with it, but I am a member of the community and Im just throwing my two cents in. Its all about the benjamins it $eem$.
Now, I'm not sure it's all about the money, but this would put it in that light at least it seems to. DLD has helped majority of the men on this board for free regardless of memberships and bringing in more money. I think it should still be up just to see all the different exercises. That's a draw in itself to see what the exercises are and then beceome a member to see the routines. As we all know though what works for one doesn't work for another. Ohhh, well.

I recently developed a new stretch technique that Red put in the exercise thread and I think if we work hard at something it would be nice for it to be Stickied and it makes sense for them all to be in one place.

Na thunders place aint the place to be.. This is a great forum, but there were exercsise on that thread that included stuff from Red and supra, such as slammers and what not, as well as treatments for t veins, and i belive if i can remember stuff from kong. You should put up the ones created by the individuals and take down the ones DLD and whoever created. This is his site and i wouldn't wann give away free exerrcises either but taking others ideas to make money aint right. I personally got all i need to know so i don't care but i think having those up actually helped the site. I know plenty of guys who got a membership because they saw the exercises and wanted to know more.. It should be reposted.. I created the thread originally for my own convenience, so now I too will have to use the search function.
