Before you dismiss this as a pity-post, let me say I know there are plenty of things to do when one hits a plateau...I'm not belly-aching. Most of you have busy lives (and need to Penis Enlargement) and don't want to waste time on pity-filled rants...please don't take this post in that way. I am just wondering how you guys would choose to tackle this one:

I have moved onto phase 2 after not seeing gains from phase 1 for two months. I followed phase 2 for six weeks so far, and have not gained any measurable amount in girth or length. Technically, it appears that I lost 1/16" from length and gained 1/16" from girth, but I attributed these changes possibly to measuring differences/error. I know that if I did indeed gain 1/16" in girth, this would not be too bad. I followed the regimine every day for the past 42 days, and have to say the girth routine felt good, but the DLD blasters didn't seem like enough to cause any further growth in length. I made sure to go very intense on the pull, emphasize the reverse kegel, and held for the maximum 10 seconds each rep. Should I move onto phase 3 right now? im no vet - but here is my advice

1. when stretching THE GRIP IS EVERYTHING! I thought i had a good
grip on my stretches untill 2 weeks ago when i tried different fingers on my
stretches

i used to do manual stretches for like 30 minutes , and not wear out my ligs
NOW with my new grip , My ligs are sore after stretching for 30 minutes

Moving to a new phase or even changing a routine can be scary, especially if you are like me. I always think the second I change my routine would have been he second that made all the difference in the world. :s

I think a change in routine has allot to do with the mental aspect and the brain craving change from the monotony of a burnt out routine. Don't get me wrong, the physical side of things, intensity, exercise choice, etc. are all vital tools to promoting new growth but this could be facilitated through intensity and angle adjustments.

When I make a routine change it is the new, fresh start that gives me that refreshed, renewed and reset felling that enables me to encourage new growth.

sry i meant to say no 'length' growth for the past 3 months. i've gained quite a bit on girth.

DLD, would you recommend NOT doing girth exercises in order to grow length?

OK, I think I will just clear my head, take a couple days off, and start Phase 2 again with a ferocius intensity...my dick is well-conditioned for this Phase at this point in time! Any further comments would still be appreciated though.
