Hey guys! How do you know when it's time to decondition the penis,and won't this cost you gains or what?Also how long do you do a routine on average to see for effectiveness of it?Please help.Thank you very much.
 
Hey bro. I don't really believe in deconditioning the penis after making your gains. I know I'll probably do a little bit of Penis Enlargement all my life. The reason is that I see Penis Enlargement like it is weight lifting. You can't just hit the gym non-stop for 4 months, get ripped and quit altogether.

As for how long you should stick to a routine, I keep at it as long as I feel the intensity in the exercise. I think that the more advance exercises are meant to increase intensity. People have had great gains from the most simple manual stretches. Just tighten that grip, exert more force, and increase your Penis Enlargement time.

I would say decondition/ or take a break if you notice any negative PIs (physiollogical Indicators). Like loss of length, extreme bruising, numbness, etc. If you haven't gained on a consistent routine in 6 months you can either increase intesity, duration or frequency of your routine; or you can take a break for a week up to a month or two. You might lose some gains but just like bodybuilders when they go on deconditioning breaks. Your penis adapts to not Penis Enlargementing and so when you start over again your stressing it again.
 
I back off on my routine if I start to feel excessively sore (beyond normal), skin soreness from hanging or start having trouble with erections. I rarely ever stop. Just a reduction is usually sufficient. If I do stop, it is just for a day or two. My body heals very rapidly. Therefore, I don’t believe in long decon-breaks. If my growth stalls, I just change my routine till I see growth again.

That sounds...well sound my friend. The only time I would take a decon is if, like I was before I started IPR routines last year, I had not really gained in a year or two. And yes I did start gaining with IPR but I accredit it to the decon break (1 month....2 is too long) and the fact that I started hanging. And technically deconditioning doesn't have to be a total break but generally a reduction in intensity. The body adapts both ways. Grows and Loses, Anabolic and Catabolic, You don't use it you lose it type of thing. If you take a day or two off, well that's not deconditioning thats just resting. Whats your routine like?
 
I’ve read about IPR a long time ago over at Thunders. If I remember correctly you have to find your own personal growth cycle or something. I believe it was another way to stay ahead of your body’s ability to adapt; there are many paths to a longer penis. Me? I focus on managing fatigue in my septum. I can only dedicate about one hour to hanging which I found wasn’t enough to produce the fatigue I was looking for during my first set and I didn’t like the idea of having to steadily increase the weight in order to consistently achieve fatigue. So, I incorporated somewhere between five to ten fairly intense two to five minute manual sessions throughout the day (piss pulls). I generally hang after a days worth of the manuals. I restarted hanging about three months ago and hit fatigue at 7 ½ lbs. I’ve gone up to 10lb at times but I’ve been able to keep the weight around that 7 ½ to 8 ¾ since then and I continue to gain. I personally think that the key to growth is through stretching the tough tissues beyond a stretch that they can retract back to normal. I focus on maintaining a balance between my bodies’s healing (making that damaged area stronger) and my ability to achieve that stretch again which is apparent in the fatigue I feel (if that makes sense). That is why I rarely ever take a break. When I come back after a break it takes more intensity to achieve fatigue because the body is stronger. I think that people mistake general soreness for fatigue and never gain. When I first felt fatigue it was a shock. What is your routine like?

Sure. First off, I don’t bother with anything other than length work and only at one angle. With that said, I don’t jelk, balloon or engage in any other nonsense for that matter. I think this is important. I want to be able to feel soreness or fatigue only in the area I am focusing on. For me, it is the septum area of the tunica. When I upped the weight to 7 ½ lb, sometime during that set I felt what could be described as a quick sharp pain (like a bee sting) in the area of the tunica behind the hanger. It distracted me from my work on the computer momentarily. I didn’t think much of it, so I went about my business. Then, it happened again then again and again until it felt like hundreds of stings were cascading over my dick. This was impossible for me to ignore, so I immediately grabbed my bib and took the weight off, as it felt as though my dick was going to be torn off. I thought for a moment as to what the fuck just happened and decided to drop the weight 1 ¼ lb and lower the weight again, finishing my set. Reflecting back, it felt as though the nerves were firing off in rapid secession as the tissues were elongating. I have been managing that “feeling” ever since. Let me elaborate further. Fatigue for me is what is taking place ‘during’ my set, not soreness afterwards. In fact, I experience very little to no soreness after my sets throughout the day.

“Disclaimer”: I’ve never found anything in a forum describing what ‘fatigue’ feels like. I’m sure it is a touchy subject, as no one wants to be responsible for someone else hurting themselves. And, I am sure that fatigue for you may feel different than what I perceive as fatigue. So, with that said, please be careful. Over on bib’s forum there is a topic called ‘managing fatigue’ it is very good reading, I highly suggest it.
 
Deconditioning is really never necessary. I have never really understood this although I have taken time off. The penis is not like the biceps where time off could benefit the growth of the muscle. The penis is nothing like a muscle, nor does it need time to recover or recuperate via deconditioning. If gains slow or stop I suggest increasing the intensity of the current exercises or move on to the next phase of penis enlargement.


Many guys ask me how I came up with the 5 Phases of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] and it is all about this thread. When I started to slow in gains, and remember I made a 2" gain in 6 months!, I saw it necessary to change the exercise with one that was much more intense in order to continue gaining. Gainer never need to stop and deconditioning is not why gains start to slow. The reason we slow (or stop) in gains is that the particular, angular movement we repetitively practice eventually become a movement that the penis become used to. Once the penis becomes used to a particular movement (intense or subtle) it becomes the normal place for the penis to exist.

Think about girls (as a very far reach for a comparison, but anyway) Once we have fucked a chick consistently we become "used" to it. We no longer see it necessary to change much because we feel comfortable with the situation we are in. The penis is not much different. Once the penis has come to it's limits of growth for ANY particular stress that initiates growth it starts to see this "more intense" position as normal. Normality initiates conformability and with this natural order of growth, the penis becomes stagnant towards our efforts. But, because the penis becomes comfortable does not mean that we should stop enlarging it, in hopes that this break will jump-start gains we believe can only come from deconditioning, NO! This will only give your penis time off to be lazy and remain in the state of its existing condition. In order to "Wake" the penis into growth we need to SHOCK IT, SCARE IT, EXPOSE IT to stress and exercise that is not within it's present "comfort zone" but in a state of "Forced Growth" This is the reason [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] Membersite has 5 Phase, because change is necessary to continue the flow of growth.
