Hey guys! How do you know when it's time to decondition the penis,and won't this cost you gains or what?Also how long do you do a routine on average to see for effectiveness of it?Please help.Thank you very much.
That sounds...well sound my friend. The only time I would take a decon is if, like I was before I started IPR routines last year, I had not really gained in a year or two. And yes I did start gaining with IPR but I accredit it to the decon break (1 month....2 is too long) and the fact that I started hanging. And technically deconditioning doesn't have to be a total break but generally a reduction in intensity. The body adapts both ways. Grows and Loses, Anabolic and Catabolic, You don't use it you lose it type of thing. If you take a day or two off, well that's not deconditioning thats just resting.
