I don't see my growth when I look at my penis. I know it's longer and thicker but my eyes don't see it all the time. When flaccid my eyes go right to the scar that used to be the base of my penis and I look forward from there. For some reason I haven't trained them to include the new penis behind that scar.

I don't have that body dismorphia or whatever it is that makes you not see and accept what's there. It's more of an optical illusion I guess.

Anyone else get that?
 
happens to me as well...I think our brain does everything it can to 'normalize' everything. That's where keeping empirical data/pics/etc. is so important...if The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] didn't have that sticker/gauge (no matter how off from reality it is) I'd be lost. Just know you're progressing and keep telling your brain to obey!
 
I have written very heavily on this in many posts and it is a true disorder. I dubbed this as PDD, or Penis Dysmorphic Disorder. I realized this was 'a thing' when I made great gains but just could not realize them. Please go through the Mental Penis Enlargement forum and explore. Here is a good start:

It really is a mind trick! I do get thrown off by the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] ruler especially if I'm having a bad EQ session.

I know I'm progressing though, I'm not delusional about that. When I had a Viagra erection I stacked both of my hands, grabbing from underneath, and for the first time grabbing like that I was a full 2 hander. Now I know we measure from the top but my hand size put that at 7" from the bottom for the first time. I started this journey with 5.5" BPEL so seeing that was a huge boost of motivation. I'm pretty sure at this point I've broken 6" EL. I'll know in a few weeks.

Well it's not huge but I'm getting to be above average which is totally awesome. I don't want to be average so I'm enjoying getting to this "above average" size :D

Fortunately I know I'm getting bigger, it's not as if I'm growing and still think I'm no bigger than I was before. It's just my eyes getting drawn to that line and trying to get myself to look behind it.

Good stuff to read though and I'll take a look at that stuff.

I gained 1/4" using my hands in 7 weeks. I gained 5/8" using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] over 5-6 weeks. Over the next 4 weeks I only used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] and didn't gain (but didn't lose) length.

Absolutely no doubt about it but is it just me or has anybody else noticed the secondary benefit of a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] workout. It strengthens and tones up your muscles. When you push or pull and hold a stretch you're doing isometric exercise.

Never thought about that, very smart revelation!
 
You can even get an idea of how hard you're pulling or pushing by looking in a mirror during your workout. You should see your muscles 'pop' and become more defined during the hold. If you begin to tremble during the hold you may need to back off a bit.(Or get in better shape ;) ) Play around your hand position to target different muscle groups. For instance when stretching straight up, grip the handlebars palms up to target the biceps, shoulders and chest.... palms down to target the triceps and lats.

After a month off of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] I've been pretty solid for the past 5-6 weeks. Got 3 more weeks until I measure again. Really hoping to see more solid length gains.

This only happens when you have a big fat pad. My new diet plan has helped to reduce my fat pad slightly. You should get rid of your fatpad if you have a big one. When I look down when I'm flaccid, I see the difference in size both in flaccid and erect state.
 
I gained quite a bit of fat over the past year. Dieting now hoping to lose it and reclaim my nbp length
