What is the difference as far as intensity goes between clamping and hanging? I ask this because I'm just starting out with clamping and everything I've read about it says to clamp for no more than 20 minutes per day for the first six months. I had been hanging for well over a year and I used to do it for 3-4 hours per day. At the beginning I started hanging at about 45 minutes per day. Is clamping really so intense that an hour per day would be for a seasoned veteran?
 
Well...as far as I know clamping and hanging have nothing to do with eachother. I've never hanged, but it seems like hanging is more for length gains (stretching the ligs and tunica). Clamping is more for girth gains. I clamp for about a good hour sometimes (Star Trek) and I am no vet. I think you can clamp for as long as you want...doesn't hurt me at all.
 
Thanks for the response. I hope more people will respond to this because what you just said completely contradicts what I've read in redzulu's guide and various other threads on this site. When you say you clamp for an hour, is that fully erect and rock hard with veins showing? I did 20 minutes last night that way and I don't think I'll do more than that for a while because that is pretty intense.
 
no do not clamp for as long as you want please make sure you take breaks between sets. your cock need oxygenated blood to keep it funcitional.
 
Oh, okay I get it. Redzulu meant to not go over 10 minutes AT A TIME, right? Not Penis EnlargementR DAY? I can understand only going 10 minutes at a time and then letting it rest or jelqing for a while before the next set. Is this the way it should be done? If so, he REALLY needs to change his guide. It says to not go over 10 minutes Penis EnlargementR DAY for four to six months I think.
 
everyone has different ways of doing and once you become more advance you can build up sets.

i clamped last night for 4x10min sessions with about 5-10 in between edging and jelqing.

but do not clamp for more than 10min a set.
 
By all means, weigh your answers...take all commands from the Penis Enlargement tower. Listen to the vets man, I'm new and still learning. I only give advice to things that I have gained from...I gained some girth from clamping the way I do so I figured I'm doing something right. I don't clamp for an hour straight, it is broken up (sorry if I confused you). The whole lot lasts an hour though.
 
Thanks for the advice guys. I guess the whole "listen to your body" thing comes into play here, huh? I'll be careful but I did 2x10 min. last night without any trouble at all. I'm starting out at 5.5" EGMS so I hope to gain about an inch or so. 6.5" EGMS would be far above average, wouldn't it?

If I ever get my latex surgery gloves I'll start DLD's program again and use it for length and clamping for girth.
