I need to increase my penis size and I'm really lost. There's so many things out there and I'm not sure which ones work, which ones don't. I'd like some advice. What has worked for you? I'm looking for bottles of pills only please.

Sorry, but no pills will increase your penis size on their own. Pills can help you get/maintain erections to help with excercises and what not, but they will not increase your natural penis size alone.

Ive been down this road.

Read up on your manual excercises and then make a decision on what to do.
