It forces much more expansion than Horses or Uli's as there is no milking action, where blood can be lost. The blood that is clamped into the exercise is utilized for the duration of the exercise.

I saw that one but is that how you're supposed to grip the head? 'Cause in your descriptions and drawings you show the palm of the hand pressing the head sort of downward. I'm still unclear so I do both versions. The horse440 is kind of a reverse jelq, right? Like you do the ok grip at the tip of the head and work your way down toward the clamped base hand? Or do you stop and hold it once you get the head through the ok grip? I'll mess around with the grips a bit and see what works best. Sorry about all the questions. That's why I want to see a video.

I have thought of doing this too. 5 to 10 minutes of SSJ, jelqs, horse squeezes and ulis. The penis must succumb to the exercises.
