That's basically my starting size. I'm going for 8"x6".
I'm not sure how many months it will take. 6-12 months if you are dedicated, maybe less?

8*6 seems to be the ideal goal (BPenis EnlargementL*MSEG) however the hardcore penis enlargers go for 9*7 and some even above that.

In terms of time to get to your goal you should aim for about an inch in length and girth per year although the fastest gainers have gained upto 2*1 in 6 months but this is less than a handful.

Dude it is more than achievable to get 8 x 6 and i have the same goal. I started at 5.9 length and 5 girth and am now 7.2 length and 5.4 girth and have been slacking on my routine. I have taken a long time off and am looking to get to 7.6 in length and 5.7 girth by the end of the summer.
 
Well I have gained an inch in length and half an inch in girth and I haven't even been here for a year.

Aim for the stars.
 
IMO your long term goal should be achievable, but a little ambitious. But I think you also need short term goals to help keep you motivated and get that sense of satisfaction that you are making progress.

Well, I stated with the JP90 begginer routine on pegym.com. Then I moved on to something more advanced adding bundled streches, tunica tugs and more jelqing.

Now BigAl has got me doing the simple yet effective 'R' routine:

Warm up (7 mins)
R Jelqing (30 mins)
Alternating - Edging (35 mins) one day/Kegels the other
Warm down (5 mins)

Basically an R jelq is a quick one handed jelq. You milk in an upward direction, switching hand every 10 reps.

My kegel routine is as follows:
60 1 sec kegels
12 5 sec kegels
6 10 sec kegels
3 20 sec kegels
2 30 sec kegels
1 60 sec kegel

30 1 sec rk
6 5 sec rk
3 10 sec rk
2 20 sec rk
2 30 sec rk
