I've gotten to a point where I'm just not feeling like I'm making progress. I know this is mental too but I was thinking that I want to completely rethink my routine again, for the 10th time. My current routine: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/routines-and-progress-in-penis-enlargement/88275-aiming-for-the-golden-8inch-length-kyomotos-progress.html#post696453

Now what I'm thinking is doing every single stretch 10 minutes. This includes every basic stretch in each direction to be 10 minutes. Am I crazy for wanting to try this to make some gains? It's just become so hard for me to gain recently, I don't want it to take 1 year just for another 0.25" I want to work harder for it so I thought of this. I already do mandingo stretch for 10 minutes and erect stretch for 10 minutes, why not do my basic stretches 10 minutes each as well? Stretch to the left 10 minutes, stretch to the right 10 minutes, and so on. I will incorporate more rotary as I need to get every angle possible, I'll probably make that 5 minutes. I can't do bundles as of now because my frenulum is tight or some shit.

I found for myself, after gaining the first inch I had to work harder & harder for each quarter inch afterwards. I had to increase the intensity to break-through the CREEP(deformation) phenomenon. I usually did a routine for 3-months and if I wasn't getting any results. I would reassess, rethink, and readjust and go at it again. That is where a journal comes in, it gives you a perceptive insight on what is happening during that time period and you can follow what is working and what isn't working. Provided you keep an accurate journal of all your data, not just the exercises and number of sets, how you felt, before, during, and after. Any indicators of changes, weekly/bi-weekly pictures, which I never posted. It's meticulous and cumbersome to do, but it paid off. I went from 6.0 to 8.5, over an on-off 10-year period. If you stick with it, you and anyone else can do it in a much shorter time span. I had some medical and other issues to deal with first. My ultimate goal was 9-inches which I never fully reached, but I retired from working for PE gains due to a reoccurring issue when I do intense PE-training. A huge cock is useless if isn't functional...

I did rethink it. I honestly believe this'll be a lot more effective but who knows. I'll just have to test it starting tomorrow.

I've definitely varied my routine/intensity/rest and use my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] gauge to make sure I'm making progress, (there was a 2 month period where I thought doing 3-a-day sessions would speed-up the process...NOT!) I've found that I now respond with consecutive days off, (2-3) with intensity slowly ramped-up for the next few days, i.e. train M-F (around 7-8 sessions) and then nothing on Sat/Sun (I'm usually at my girls house so I can use what I've been training so hard to get). I think keeping your penis guessing could be the key...it is for me at least

Sometimes PE is all about guess work, taking the time to figure out what works best for you. Every exercise, routine tool I have developed started with guess work.

It's a pain in the ass researching about yourself and what's best haha.

So basically never let it adjust to a routine, always mix it up.

Just like with body building... The body adapts. When sets of 8 stop working, go to 12. When sets of 12 stop working go to 12+ 5 partials. When that stops working, FST7... When that stops working, triple sets & giant sets.

Yeah, but the thing is if you want to so to say expand or stretch the fascia in the penis smooth muscle you'd have to do pumping right? In like super sets or the FST7. So I would guess you apply the FST7 rules to pumping.

It certainly is but imagine if I never did this? Where would PE be today?

Who knows :/ we need more creative minds out here

You are your own creative mind...each and everyone of us possess the ability to create anything we desire, and the best part is, (in PE) that our experimentation is on our personal canvas, so splash a bit of paint around and see what works...just cuz it's effective for one, doesn't mean it'll work for all

yep The exercises are here the routines and whats every exercise for is written here too, If each and every one of us had the skill to get real tangible gains just by choosing our own routines and showing to the curious ones that PE can be performed by almost anybody.

They would have a different perspective tons of routines and lots of great results (gains)

Yeah that's why I say we need more, not everyone thinks the same some are way different thats why we need to recruit more people

Knock yourself out...in my opinion, we currently have the creativity and talent, but the more the merrier...

._. knock myself out? More creative minds= more ideas. Don't see what the problem would be. Not saying we don't have the creativity or talent. Simply saying more is better.

We have invented many things here but there always comes new ideas from the Brothers here. We are all about building the biggest library in the world on PE. What resides on this forum is worth it's weight in gold!
