ok my little sailor has a subtle baseball bat shape. it's never bothered me and the girls seem to like it but since i'v been Penis Enlargementing the last few weeks, i can see my girth around the widest point of my dick towards the top (see pic) getting thicker, so i don't want the top half to keep getting thicker and thicker while i leave the lower half behind, further adding to the baseball bat effect.

i hope i explained that properly.

so what exercises can i do to focus more on the lower and thinner part of my dick so make it all a nice even thickness. is there even such an exercise? or do i have to settle with just overall girth workouts?

He's the guru of hanging but I think he had a falling out here which if true is suckdome in a major way. He really knows his stuff from what I gather.
 
thanks fellas. i'm already hanging. i also heard this will thicken up and add girth to the base of the shaft. but, i wanted to know if there are any more specific exercises to add girth there.
 
i have the opposite effect my base is thicken than my upper to head section.

anyone know how to thicken out the upper girth and head size thanx ;)
 
Extended downward stretching manually or hanging will increase base girth. For many the process is so fast that they complain about too much base girth. I noticed an increase in my base girth almost immediately after starting hanging but I also think that downward stretching will produce similar results.
 
Downward stretching has done it for me. My base girth is about an inch larger than my mid-shaft glans. My glans girth is somewhere between the two.

I'd love to learn how to focus on the mid-shaft to get it closer to my base girth, or at least equal to my glans.

Any ideas?
 
So i i make a conscicous effort to strech downward more everyday, mabey 10 mins instead of 5, you guys think that will get my base bigger. that would be super if its true, but i was wondering if any of you guys could mabey explain why this is so.?I like to know how what i am doing is working...you know what im sayin my fellow penis pullers? thanks crew
 
thanks friends, much appreciated advice. my routine thus far already includes hanging (1-2 hours a day in various directions, but mostly straight down) so i guess i will just be patient and see what happends.

i would love a nice even girth all the way up the shaft.

Stretching even further, back between the cheeks, whether it is manual or hanging will expedite the base growth process also. Sorry for not mentioning it, it slipped my mind.

I can see how the base will become girthier just after starting to hang. My question is how much girth gain can someone expect to add? Maybe a question better suited for a thread in the hanging section?
