If your ligaments still ache from the previous days workout should you have a rest day (possibly helping to promote recovery and growth?) or fight through any discomfort and continue stretching anyway?
I have done both. If its a really dull ache maybe rest a day but honestly its personal choice because if you rest this or work through it you will still gain. I see a potential problem if you work it too intensely afterwards for say 7 days on going at it like a man possessed, you may have problems then but otherwise work ahead.
For me, sore ligaments are not to be rested. They're not muscles so they don't heal the same. Muscles need rest. Ligaments will respond by thickening or toughening. Don't let this happen.

I've got to spend a couple of weeks away from home, staying at afriends apartment. It's not going to be possible for me to exercise with the same routine everyday while I'm there, however I don't want to stop and potentially hinder any gains. If I continued with a shorter light routine (say while in the shower a few btc stretches and 30 second up and down stretches) would that work for maintenance?
sorry going on a bit here, probs too much coffee. Just checked the maintenance section on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] members guide, will try and perform it, not sure if I'll be able to get the jelqs in but will be back home at weekends to hit my normal routine hard anyway so no probs. cool, cool, good to hear its 4-6 weeks for full healing as I'm back on the Penis Enlargement now I'm home. Was able to keep up a light routine while away, 300 jelqs here and there in the shower and some A-stretches
