What are you using for keeping track of time in your PE Exercises?

Was curious what you guys use for keeping track of your Penis Enlargement exercises in regards to timing.

Just to portray and example of what I'm trying to say:

It can countdown from 30(or more)seconds and restart back @ 30seconds and continue on for however many sets/reps you time it for. Some of them can even keep multiple times.

So for instance, it counts down from 30seconds, then beeps(or shakes), then restarts back @ 30seconds. Allowing you to switch to another routine while keeping time.
Would seem to be helpful for routines that have sets with multiple exercises(such as in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] there are 12 directions to stretch all @ 30 seconds x however many sets you do(not including cranks))

I didn't mention keeping track of your actual routine for when you actually workout(instead of forum logs) since I know most people do things a few times and remember what it is they need to do and in what order.
Keeping track of how long you did things is much more difficult.
 
I use my old Baby-G without the wristband. I do most of my exercises in the shower, so the watch is really convenient!
 
I use Expansion as my clock when it comes to girth. I try not to pay too much attention to the clock or even counting for that matter. When training girth my only goal is to get the most expansion possible. I would say my girth work takes about 1/2 - 1 hour depending on the expansion. I also find that girth requires a creation state of mind, a more sexual attitude that keeps me excited and up for the work. If I count or watch the clock it kills my state of mind and my erections become weak. Staying in a sexual mood is so important to my workouts in girth.

Length on the other hand is much different for me. Length requires very little concentration, I can practically do it in my sleep. When I do length work I am counting and timing the entire session right down to the minute. I find having a clear mind that is counting keeps me in the zone to train length.

I do use a lot of visualization during the sessions that I think others could really benefit from. Here is a blurb from Thread: Why do some gain more than others?

Things that helped me most was the way I visualized as I trained. For instance, when I am stretching my penis downward, I imagine that I can touch the ground. I stretch stronger and stronger as I imagine my penis lengthening closer and closer to the ground. When I stretch upward, I imagine I can stretch to my chin. I will put every bit of effort in to try to reach this imaginary point. In my mind if I am stretching for such a far point, making a small gain is EASY.

I have a Gymboss that I use at the gym (wow really?) but I use it for pe too. They're pretty cool. You can change the time intervals and have it beep or just vibrate if you want to be more discreet. Just sounds like getting a message on your phone on silent. Hope that helps.
