What are swim cap hangers?Are they good?

It was taking a swim cap, or other sheet rubber, and wrapping in such a way as to hang a small amount of weight from it. I never could get it to work, but some guys did. Most guys found that it only stretched skin. It did not grasp the internal structures.

Stillwantmore i want to ask you this, im sorry if this is a very stupid question, when you say that when you master hanging, there is no comparision, do you mean there is no comparision between hanging and any other Penis Enlargement devices for lengthening.
